India's Premier Modi Emphasizes Priority of Nepal Relations in International Edition

Nepal, April 4 -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that India holds its relationship with Nepal in very high regard.

On Friday, Modi made this comment following a meeting with Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Bangkok.

Modi posted on Facebook, saying, "I had a fruitful discussion with Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli in Bangkok. India places great importance on its relationship with Nepal."

He mentioned that they discussed various aspects of India-Nepal relations. "We specifically talked about areas such as energy, bilateral relations, culture, and digital technology," Modi wrote.

He additionally mentioned that they talked about the important and beneficial results stemming from the BIMSTEC Summit.
